If in public do not say hi to random people or be having side conversations

No slamming cabinets, drawers, or microwaves, or microwave beeping, or phone sounds, communicate with everyone in your living space to be more quiet with closing things or beeping noises

Turn off all notifications on computer, and sounds on phones and devices

Look at the camera, at least every now and then during the whole video, not to the side, or away from the camera in the whole video
